I met Gretchen at a time when I wasn't really seeking out these types of services. Or living a lifestyle aligned with this subject of thought. It was sort of by happenstance. (Or a universally guided step) I had a few appointments with her and a QHHT session. In March of 2023, I decided to take the Shadow Work class with the Wholistic Hypnotist. I can't begin to express my gratitude for all that I learned in that class. My life is no longer unexamined or on auto-pilot. Now strong emotions are examined to determine their source and why they may be affecting me in one way or the other. This class has really made a difference in my life.

where do I begin with Gretchen. she is truly the real deal. as a healer, empath, etc myself, I knew right away that she was extremely powerful. she channeled things that she could have never known about. she helped me tremendously and allowed me to hear a message that had been trying to get through to me for months. I had many healing requests; I had debilitating pain in my hips and knees for about 2.5 months straight before seeing her and the pain is gone. as many qhht sessions speak about, the pain started miraculously alleviating in the days coming up to the session- this phenomenon is common in qhht sessions. I could go on and on, and I wish I could but many things were very personal. if you've been meaning to do this, past life regressions, Channeling, or qhht, I HIGHLY recommend Gretchen with all of my heart. she is pure and so full of love, you can't sit in her presence without feeling engulfed by security and happiness. it was a successful session (I was nervous bc I've heard a lot of people fail to 'go under' for qhht) but Gretchen did everything right and it was amazing. thank you Gretchen, I know this is the beginning of a long journey with you in my life!

I recently had a past life regression with Gretchen, and it was phenomenal! The amount of questions she was able to answer for me and guidance I got was beyond anything I could’ve hoped for. She’s so intuitive and kind, and has a very soothing voice when guiding you through the regression. She took the time to get to know a bit about me and my past before we started the regression, and that alone was profound! I highly recommend the Wholistic Hypnotist. Gretchen is truly a blessing, and I am thankful we’ve crossed paths. I recently completed a one-on-one Reiki I class with her.
